Terms and costs of delivery
We will effect all deliveries to our German clients at prices as low as possible and insured via DPD or DHL
Deliveries abroad will only be effected insured by Deutsche Post
All repeat deliveries will be free of charge!
Please keep in mind that all packing stations are exclusively served by DHL.
All orders exceeding € 50,00 goods value will be free of delivery costs within any European country.
Orders going overseas will be free of delivery charges, if their goods
value exceeds € 150,00.
Deliveries within Germany up to € 50,00 goods value:

€ 5,99 by DHL (insured)

Deliveries to any European country of goods up to € 50,00 value

Minimum order value
We don’t have it. We will appreciate any of your orders for 1 or any number of articles.
Damages in transit
Our postal staff will check every article and pack it carefully. If nevertheless any article will be damaged in transit, please fill in the appropriate notification form while the parcel service is still present.
Reconsignments

Parcel posts always offer a proof of delivery and a damage claim, of a parcel gets lost. So please be so kind as to send any reconsignment insured and keep the proof of delivery carefully. Uninsured reconsignments are your own risk!
According to § 12.7 of our standard-form contract conditions we will credit you with the postal charges.
Unpaid parcels will not be accepted.
